Know Your Body Better is a 6 part series of one-hour lectures on the body from head to toe. Wendy will guide you through the basic body mechanics of different areas of the body and how it is supposed to work. We will explore common injuries and their causes, such as neck pain (whiplash and headaches), rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc problems and lower back pain, sciatica, hip and knee osteoarthritis, and plantar fascia pain. Wendy will explain how the body heals and steps you can take to help with the healing process.

This lecture series can be modified to fit into a few sessions.

In this two-hour workshop, Wendy will guide you through the process of damage and repair in the aging process. You will take away tips on what you can do for your body to help reduce the damage and promote the repair process.
